We were referred to Lance and Absolute A/C After receiving several ridiculously high estimates from other local companies for the replacement of our two aging 23 year old split systems (condenser/furnace/coil)
I previously had a 17 year background in the HVAC & R wholesale industry so I am well versed to the supplies, equipment and inner workings of that Industry and its contractors.
We called Lance this past August when it was brutally hot and humid. He came out the next day to provide us a quote. He explained our options of the different equipment brands he represents, their costs and the current energy efficiency's available to choose from.
We chose to go with the 16 seer Amana units and are very happy with them. Lance's quote was very fair and less than half (or more) of what other companies were quoting us. He was able to put us on his schedule for the change-out within the same week and the job went very smooth.
I cannot say enough about Lance and his teams professionalism, knowledge, honesty, caring and follow up after the job is completed.! He genuinely does care about his customers and their all around satisfaction.

Exceptional service at an unbeatable price. We had two old ac units that needed to be replaced. We got several quotes and nobody even came close to Absolute Air Conditioning. The units were ordered and installed quickly. Lance and his crew worked extremely hard to be certain our new units were installed to our satisfaction. Lance even came back the next day to verify that the systems were working properly. We were so impressed with this company we asked that they replace our water heater. Again, the service was beyond expectation.

Lance Kich is the owner/operator AND technician that came out to my Seller's home to fix the A/C issue that was noted on the Home Inspection Report. Not only was he responsive in calling me back but he was able to come out diagnose the problem same day!! He told me what the issue was and what the fix was and he was REASONABLE!! He came back the very next day with parts and completed the job in a timely fashion!! Super reliable, super professional and he is going to be my new go-to guy for A/C & Heating!!! Highly recommend!!!

It's about to hit July in Las Vegas. This means it's going to get HOT! With the heat coming strong, we wanted to make sure our AC units were in tip top shape for our scorching 110+ degree temps.
Our neighbors kindly referred us to Lance, as we were looking to have an honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable technician complete our tune up. It can get a bit scary with inviting an unfamiliar business to your house and I wanted referrals before seeking a particular company out. Lance runs this small business, which is great. He was referred with high remarks, and I was happy to give them our business.
Lance and another tech showed up right on schedule for our 6 pm appointment. I thought it was wonderful, as they easily accommodated a later appointment during the week for us. They both
thoroughly cleaned and tended to our two AC units for our annual tune up.
After an hour, their work was complete. He walked my husband outside to inspect their work. He showed off his work outside; he compared the voltage units to the standard set on each unit and took before and after pictures to showcase his work. After that, he came inside and tested our AC vents in the house to ensure the outtake of cold air was within the expected standard range.
Lance and his teammate were very polite, competent, and efficient. Our dogs were even a bit wild while they were testing our vents inside (jumping up and down for their attention and barking) and they were very understanding with my two furry hooligans.
Their pricing was beyond reasonable for the tune up. I'm confident in their quality of workmanship for our tune up, and feel like we're ready for the heat.
Before our tune up was complete, we found out he also installs water softeners, too. We are planning to purchase one and call him back out to install it.
Bottom line, I would whole heartedly would recommend Lance and his team for any of your AC/Heating needs. We couldn't be happier with our decision.
